Body Massage
Our Express Body Massage course teaches you the most common and effective type of massage currently offered by holistic therapists, using Swedish techniques. You will learn both the theoretical knowledge and the practical skills to be able to competently perform an express body massage treatment, including how to provide client consultations and carry out an express body massage routine allowing you to earn up to £50 an hour from home or mobile. This hands-on, practical training course completed within 1 day will teach you a full body routine that can be adapted to be completed within 25-45 minutes, depending on the client’s individual therapeutic needs.

Course structure: This course is structured over one day and runs from 10am – 4pm. We ask students to arrive at 9.45am to ensure a prompt start. You will learn the theory of the treatment firstly, and spend the majority of the day practising your practical skills, with a short break for lunch. You will be required to give and receive body massage treatments as part of this course, working with other students.

Facial Massage
Our Facials Course is designed for those looking to offer basic but effective facial skincare treatments to clients from home and/or mobile, teaching both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to competently perform an effective express facial treatment. You will cover the essential skills to effectively cleanse, tone, exfoliate, apply mask and moisturise your client’s skin. Not only this, you will learn a basic pressure point massage to add value for money to your facial skincare treatments.
